I am an Associate Consultant with 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM and ELM, specializing in HRMS AMS support and implementation projects. I have worked on three major banking projects, where I led a team of two and played a key role in delivering high-quality PeopleSoft solutions. I was also deputed onsite at one of the leading banking clients for 2 years, gaining valuable client-facing and hands-on experience. Currently, I am serving as the module owner for Recruitment and Pre-Onboarding in a confidential enterprise project, where I manage configurations, resolve issues, and support smooth business operations.
