At HCL Technologies, I support the Adecco France account as a PeopleSoft SME and manage a 12-FTE ERP team working across PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Hyperion Financial Management.

I provide technical leadership for PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM, covering administration, production support, upgrades, patching and security. I also coordinate platform maintenance across Oracle Database, WebLogic, Tuxedo and Linux/Windows infrastructure.

Earlier, at IBM India, I supported the GEMS and iGEMS HRMS applications, including a PeopleTools upgrade from 8.54 to 8.57, and supported the Human Capital Transformation migration project from PeopleSoft HRMS to Workday. Across my PeopleSoft work, I’ve handled Integration Broker, environment management, production incidents and ERP operations.
