At Projcon Advisory / Projcon Group, I managed software implementation projects from initiation through go-live and closure, aligning releases with client systems, training and operational infrastructure. I also put governance and reporting structures in place to track deliverables, changes and project variances.
At Accenture, I worked with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, COMAU, IVECO and CNH on automation delivery across international programmes. I supported engineering teams, managed delivery controls and helped migrate legacy automation frameworks to hybrid execution frameworks.
At London Metropolitan College and the University of East London, I teach project management and related subjects. At the University of East London, I introduced a Dual Delivery model for on-campus and remote learners using APTEM, MS Teams and Zoom.
I was elected Chair of the APM London Network, where I chaired the volunteer committee and delivered networking events and technical panels. Iām also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and hold an MBA in Project Management with Distinction.
