What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex group travel, retreat, or event programs where I can own planning through onsite delivery, build trusted partner relationships, and create highly personalized participant experiences.

At Mako Retreats, I design and execute multi-day wellness experiences across domestic and international destinations, managing everything from budgets, contracts, accommodations, and transportation to participant communications and onsite logistics. I grew the Cape Cod Wellness Weekend from eight participants to consistently sold-out groups of 25.

I also lead event delivery at Cape Cod Photobus and bring international program experience from A+ World Academy, Volunteer Service Nepal, and Global Volunteer Network. I’m focused on anticipating needs, solving problems quickly, and creating well-run experiences for clients, partners, and participants.
