I’m a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) and data analytics professional who pairs rigorous MEL practice with hands-on quantitative analysis. I design MEL frameworks, survey and qualitative tools, and stakeholder validation processes—then turn the results into SQL-driven analysis and Power BI dashboards that support decision-making.
I’m formally trained through MEAL DPro and Participatory M&E coursework, alongside Impact Evaluation Fundamentals and training focused on designing qualitative research and qualitative data management. I also strengthen my technical toolkit with applied SQL skills (including HackerRank SQL Advanced certification) plus Excel and Power BI reporting, including a Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) track in progress.
In my current role as a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, I co-design and implement MEL frameworks aligned with organisational and donor reporting needs, including indicator tracking. I develop and administer survey tools and qualitative frameworks, clean and analyze data using Excel and Power BI, and facilitate data validation discussions with participants to translate feedback into structured, actionable findings.
Previously, I worked as an M&E Consultant, designing monitoring systems and reporting tools for community-based programming and producing analytical, data-backed recommendations. I also supported reporting and operational data analysis activities in a part-time junior associate capacity, and I continue to apply my skills through SQL and Power BI projects such as job market dataset analysis and an end-to-end M&E dashboard with KPI and access-gap insights.
