I’m a Senior Transformation and Operating Model Specialist with 18+ years delivering large-scale process, governance, and digital transformation programs across BFSI. I’ve redesigning operating models, strengthening risk & compliance frameworks, and driving multi-stream change initiatives—building high-performance capability across global and regional banking operations.

Formerly an AVP at HDFC Bank and a Program Manager at RBS, I currently advise a leading South Pacific bank on operational excellence, governance modernization, and digital readiness. At Aspiro, I lead end-to-end transitions, migrations, and transformation delivery—recently centralizing operations (including 58 branches) and reshaping corporate banking through automation, paperless workflows, risk controls, and performance dashboarding to deliver measurable efficiency and financial benefits.
