At Elastiq.ai, I own end-to-end delivery of client-facing SaaS products, from APIs and frontends to cloud deployment. On the GCP Media Console, I was the primary engineer from the first commit, building a control plane that replaces manual gcloud and console operations with a single interface for live channels and CDN delivery.
I built channel management, automated failover, Media CDN configuration, playback workflows, and observability features for the console. I also implemented Firebase authentication, audit logging, multi-project OAuth onboarding, and the Cloud Run deployment pipeline.
On CloudForge, I’m the core full-stack owner for campaign management, CRM, and AI prospecting on a B2B sales and procurement platform. I shipped prospecting and customer-reactivation agents, campaign workflows, and an RFQ procurement flow, while improving reliability and performance across the platform.
I also contributed to MKTG.ai’s marketing analytics platform, developing FastAPI services, distributed data-processing workflows, semantic search, and React/Next.js modules. Earlier, at LTIMindtree, I managed enterprise SAP systems, maintained 99%+ uptime, and automated operational workflows.
