What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity where I can contribute my customer service, team leadership, operational, and communication skills while continuing to grow in a fast-paced team environment.

I'm currently an Assistant Manager at Vida e Caffè, supporting day-to-day operations and team performance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

I've also worked full time at Nando's as a customer service representative and brand ambassador, and spent two years as a supervisor at KFC. These roles strengthened my customer service, communication, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure.

My experience also includes merchandising at Shoprite U-Save, a temporary contract at Apollo Printers, and manual plumbing practice with Janka International Plumbing Services.

I'm computer literate, with training in Microsoft Office applications, presentation skills, and hardware and software. I work well independently and collaboratively, handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and communicate in English and SiSwati.
