At ERG Media, I built the project management function, creating visibility and forward planning across a fast-scaling team. I introduced timelines and priority setting and reported project status directly to the COO and CEO.
I also built ERG Media’s project management system, with workflows and templates, and standardised processes for book production, marketing, and design. A yearly launch roadmap supports marketing, sales, and financial planning.
At .rawlab, I led delivery and operations across brand, web, content, and motion projects. I owned the project lifecycle from scoping and budgeting through coordination and delivery, and built a PM ecosystem with workflows, templates, and client portals.
My background in landscape and interior architecture helps me translate creative thinking into practical workflows. I’ve also contributed to landscape and urban design, interior architecture, furniture, and graphic design projects.
