What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or support international education initiatives where I can strengthen academic programs, develop staff, use data to improve student outcomes, and contribute to community-focused learning.

I currently lead Young Roots International School in Addis Ababa, overseeing leadership, administration, academic programs, staff management, student welfare, and community engagement.

Previously, at International Maarif School Turkey, I served as Vice Principal and College Counselor, developing cost-effective educational programs, setting performance goals for grades 9–12, and engaging parents and the wider community to improve educational outcomes.

Across more than 10 years of international teaching and learning experience, I’ve taught mathematics, economics, and business; designed curricula and college-preparation plans; analyzed student results; and supported diverse international students. My background in economics and statistics informs my work in data analysis, strategic planning, international development, and education leadership.
