I’m an Accounting Clerk and Operations Coordinator who drives accuracy and speed in day-to-day finance operations. Since May 2024, I’ve processed and issued 50+ client invoices per month using Zoho Billing, using standardized templates aligned with signed service agreements to reduce invoice turnaround time.

I manage accounts receivable collections by following up on overdue balances and reducing DSO. I also record and categorize journal entries for vehicle maintenance and parts inventory, apply incoming payments, and reconcile accounts to keep balances accurate, then prepare monthly financial reports summarizing revenue, expenses, and outstanding receivables for management review.

Before this, I worked as an Associate Consultant – Talent & Analytics (Mar 2022 – Feb 2024), where I combined sourcing and analytics to produce data-driven client reports on recruitment KPIs, time-to-hire trends, and pipeline metrics. I identified and resolved recruitment bottlenecks and implemented process improvements to reduce time-to-hire.

Earlier, as a Customer Success Intern (Feb 2021 – May 2021), I supported onboarding and training for clients and built Tableau dashboards to visualize campaign KPIs and client performance. By managing 20+ client inquiries daily and maintaining a 95%+ satisfaction rate, I learned how to blend responsive communication with measurable success metrics like churn rate and engagement scores.
