At IBM India, I support month-end and period-end Record-to-Report close activities for the client Tax team across global regions. I prepare and validate journal entries in Oracle, reconcile general ledger and balance-sheet accounts, and investigate variances with regional stakeholders.
In IBM’s Travel & Expense operations, I processed corporate card transactions and reimbursements, audited claims against client policy, and prepared spend reporting for the Client Finance Team. I also presented the end-to-end process to US-based stakeholders and authored process documentation and training materials.
At SVB Global Financial Services, I processed Accounts Payable invoices, resolved exceptions and disputes, and prepared invoice ageing reports. I also supported audit requests and contributed ideas to reduce recurring invoice defects.
Earlier, I produced operational reporting and audited expenses at BGRS, and handled cash application and reporting at DXC Technology. At DXC, I closed the financial year with zero unallocated and unidentified cash for the UK market; I also supported the Swiss market stabilisation and transition.
