I’m a mature, self-disciplined self-starter and people’s person, with confident “can-do” leadership and balanced emotional intelligence. I’ve proven ability to work independently to manage and plan projects/work, then execute on deliverables timeously in an orderly, functional, and structured manner—always informed by clear objectives.
As an Assistant Projects Support Manager at Thuthukani Disability NGO, I work closely with the Board of Directors to develop the new business development plan for the organisation. I support quote/tender preparation, help with proofreading documents and reports (including typing, scribing, and minutes taking), and lead external client liaison and internal project team liaison.
I also strengthen client impact by working with persons with disabilities seeking assistance to identify and assess socio-economic human rights challenges and wishes. In addition, I act as a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to enforce the Health & Safety, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) policy—managing and enforcing daily SHEQ compliance, and supporting the SHEQ team with advice, guidance, and applicable legislation and industry best practice.
Before this, I delivered high-integrity operational leadership during Lesotho IEC elections as a Polling Officer and Voting Station Manager, supervising teams, ensuring secrecy and impartiality, coordinating voting-day processes, and intervening swiftly and calmly to resolve disputes. Earlier experience also strengthened my community and reporting capability through Social Development Officer work (including Fieldwork Team Leader responsibilities), plus office administration and data entry roles grounded in accuracy, planning, and stakeholder service.
