At Sysamic KK, I deliver ERP, retail POS, and e-commerce projects from requirements gathering through UAT, go-live, and post-launch support. I turn ambiguous cross-functional needs into BRDs, functional specifications, field mappings, and process documentation.

I led integration research and BRD authoring for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and eLTAX salary-payment reporting solution, enabling unified government-standard CSV generation directly from Business Central. I also owned a luxury fragrance retailer's outlet POS implementation end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders, preparing UAT, supporting on-site go-live, resolving issues, and reaching client sign-off.

I've supported Shopify integrations between POS, WMS, and cloud analytics platforms, including diagnosing a warehouse-code mapping issue behind a partial WMS import failure. After recovering a failed nightly e-commerce shipment import, I created documentation and monitoring guidance to help prevent recurrence.

I build reusable operational assets, including a Power BI ticket analytics dashboard connected to Redmine via REST API, a CEGID Retail Y2 SQL query library, and bilingual support references. Working in French, English, and Japanese, I coordinate multicultural stakeholders across time zones.
