I’m seeking a challenging position in a dynamic organization where my administrative and operations abilities, strong communication, and problem-solving skills can help drive company success and improve day-to-day productivity.

I’m a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Officer with strong communication and problem-solving skills, built through hands-on office operations, executive support, and client-facing administrative work. I focus on clarity, reliability, and getting day-to-day execution right.

In my most recent role as an Administrative/Operations Officer (2022–2024), I managed daily office operations—coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, preparing internal communications and reports, and maintaining administrative staff support. I also developed and implemented office policies, procedures, and systems to improve productivity.

Earlier, I served as a Technical Administrative Officer (2021–2022), providing administrative support for application solutions and client support. I also supported technical operations like maintaining and repairing computer hardware, software solutions, and tools, using modern technologies such as Slack, Trello, and Microsoft Office for administrative functionality.

From 2017–2020 as an Administrative Assistant and IT Support, I supported executives and staff with calendar management, meeting scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements. I prepared and processed invoices and expense reports, managed office supplies inventory, and supported systems, application solutions, and client service—strengthening my ability to balance administration with practical technical support.
