What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level HR role in a supportive, growth-oriented organization where I can apply HR operations skills, develop professionally, and contribute to payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.

I am a Human Resource Management graduate from Kenyatta University with hands-on attachment and internship experience in HR operations. I combine academic training with practical exposure to routine HR functions and employee-facing processes.

During my attachment at a government ministry I supported accurate payroll-related processing, leave and allowance administration, performance appraisals, records management, and assisted with pension and retirement claims, earning a recommendation from my supervisor for exemplary service.

As an HR intern at Hemingways Nairobi Limited I participated in recruitment and selection, drafted contracts and extensions, attended disciplinary hearings, maintained HR databases and employee records, assisted with onboarding and induction, and supported payslip and P9 form preparation.

I am detail-oriented, committed to continuous learning, and motivated to contribute to efficient HR administration, staff development, and positive employee relations in a growth-oriented organization.
