I'm looking to build automated reporting, capacity planning, cloud support, and service operations solutions for high-availability platforms where data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement matter.

I'm building automated capacity reporting for M-Pesa Africa through TechSavanna, including an end-to-end Power BI dashboard and Power Automate workflows that turn email alerts, reports, and escalations into structured reporting data.

Across Prodapt Kenya, Truehost, and Living Goods Kenya, I've supported eKYC systems, access management, infrastructure capacity planning, cloud operations, and digital health applications. I enjoy improving service continuity, reducing manual work, and helping teams make data-driven decisions in SLA-driven environments.
