What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine accurate operations support, technical analysis, and quality-focused work. I want a fast-paced team that values reliability, timeliness, and continuous professional growth while serving customers and stakeholders effectively.

I’m a disciplined and enterprising professional with a diverse background across operations supervision, technical analysis, and instruction. I’m recognized for maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple responsibilities in fast-paced environments.

In my current Operations & Field Services Associate role, I serve as the primary point of contact for consumers, ensuring positive service relationships. I handle revenue collection and processing with accurate transaction recording and official receipt issuance, while also supporting billing distribution, account reconciliation, and technical troubleshooting to maintain consistent service delivery.

Earlier, I worked as a Laboratory Technologist / Analyst in a biochemistry post-graduate laboratory, performing analytical testing on food and blood samples and keeping meticulous laboratory data for future reference and reporting. I also supported equipment maintenance and calibration, prepared and standardized chemical reagents, and assisted with student practical sessions.

Before that, I served as a Quality Control Inspector / Analyst, executing quality control tests, documenting results for product consistency and compliance, and conducting regular product sampling. Alongside technical work, I’ve contributed as an educator and subject instructor through NYSC, including curriculum planning, student assessment, classroom management, and progress reporting to parents and Heads of Department.
