I am an experienced healthcare professional with over a decade of clinical nursing experience focused on care coordination for high-acuity and marginalized populations. My practice emphasizes collaborative care models, behavioral health, and population health management through leadership and systems improvement.

In clinical and administrative roles I have led utilization review for behavioral health cases, provided telehealth nursing for PACE participants, and delivered acute nursing care in hospital settings. I apply strong clinical judgment, documentation rigor, and interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize outcomes.

In policy and program roles I have conducted legislative policy analysis, authored advocacy materials, and served as a liaison to stakeholders to advance nursing and community interests. I led a Social Determinants of Health project, developing evidence-based strategies that improved resource delivery to underserved populations.

I hold an MS in Nursing (Executive Leadership) and a BSN, and I maintain relevant certifications and fellowship experience. I am committed to health equity, process improvement, and mentoring teams to deliver person-centered, high-quality care.
