What I'm looking for

I'm seeking Data Engineer, ETL Developer, DataOps Engineer or Integration Engineer opportunities in Gauteng or remotely.

At betXchange, I develop and support scheduled ingestion workflows that connect REST APIs, relational databases, files, SharePoint and Power BI Service for operational reporting. I implement pagination, date-window parameters and validation to make API-fed datasets more consistent.

I also build and troubleshoot Power Query transformations and Power BI semantic models, including incremental refresh filters and fact/dimension relationships. I diagnose refresh and connectivity issues, and support authentication and proxy integrations using Cloudflare Workers and Power Automate.

On the FICA verification integration, I supported automated identity-verification flows and contributed to transition planning from scheduled flows to a containerized service. I also developed an academic document-request application in C# and ASP.NET Web Forms during my internship at University of Johannesburg (YES4Youth).
