I'm seeking my first IT support role where I can resolve incidents, document solutions, support users effectively, and grow toward infrastructure and security responsibilities.

I'm pursuing my first professional IT support opportunity, bringing hands-on training in Windows, Linux, TCP/IP networking, troubleshooting, and user support.

Through Hack The Box Academy, OverTheWire Bandit, and a personal Windows and Kali Linux lab, I've practiced system configuration, connectivity testing, traffic analysis, permissions, services, SSH, and command-line tools.

My customer service work at Espacio García has strengthened how I communicate clear answers, prioritize simultaneous issues, and stay composed in high-demand environments.

I'm ready to resolve incidents, document solutions, support users effectively, and grow toward infrastructure and security responsibilities while contributing to stronger team processes.
