I’m a results-driven biotechnologist proficient in laboratory techniques and conducting research experiments. I bring excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, backed by scientific communication and teamwork, with a strong commitment to acquiring knowledge and supporting biotechnology advancements for society’s betterment.

In my work experience, I’ve led student support operations to ensure a smooth student experience—guiding admissions, documentation, and enrollment while resolving concerns in coordination with internal teams. I’ve also delivered inbound/outbound customer support and exceeded sales targets through effective communication and persuasion, while accurately logging interactions in CRM systems. Earlier, I provided technical and account support to global partners and customers at Dell Technologies, resolving product/service/order issues within SLA timelines.

My biotechnology projects include GenoPsy—pharmacogenomics testing for optimizing psychotropic medication selection and dosing by analyzing genetic variations to improve outcomes and minimize adverse drug reactions. I’ve also worked on a Gene-Based Phylogenetic Tree project by comparing DNA sequences to understand evolutionary relationships. Alongside this, I’ve published articles on effects of PVC on plant-microbe interactions and developed my training through conferences and hands-on bioinformatics workshop content.
