I'm looking to lead AI-native engineering organizations, shape scalable architecture and developer workflows, and help teams deliver ambitious product outcomes with stronger autonomy, quality, and visibility.

At Foothill Technology Solutions / R365, I lead engineering execution for an AI-native agentic organization, directing six cross-functional trios through a six-feature mission delivered in roughly three months instead of an estimated nine. I designed the mission architecture, Evidence Ledger Architecture, and an AI-driven people development system to improve visibility, autonomy, coaching, and delivery.

I've led frontend modernization and architecture across R365, Alma Health, Freightos, Mellanox, and Edubook—improving development speed by up to 5×, maintaining zero quarterly production incidents, and building reusable microfrontend, design-system, and AI test-intelligence foundations.
