I’m a strategic, KPI-driven executive operations and corporate services leader with 30+ years of international experience and 16+ years leading high-performance franchise operations, brand expansion, and turnaround leadership across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. I’m known for full P&L ownership, EBITDA improvement, and cost control through hands-on, data-driven execution, with strong SOP governance, internal controls, and consistent business performance.
In my current role as Head of Business Operations and Corporate Services, I lead enterprise corporate governance across finance, HR, administration, compliance, core operating systems, and KPI governance—owning budgeting, forecasting, payroll governance, and financial reporting while ensuring guest experience and brand standards. I’ve also delivered SOP execution and standardized operating frameworks in franchisor and partner environments, and as an Area Coach / RGM at KFC I led a turnaround to best-in-class standards, recognized as “Best RGM in Latin America & Caribbean.” My cross-border perspective is reinforced by experience in international trade, real estate entrepreneurship, and diplomatic advisory roles.
