I am a Denial Management Analyst with over five years’ experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management and insurance operations. I specialize in denial analysis, revenue recovery, and accounts receivable processes that improve cash flow.

Previously I served as a Senior Officer handling marine and general insurance policies, claims, and global policy renewals, where I developed SOPs and reconciled premiums across hundreds of locations. In my current role I lead denial prevention initiatives, conduct root-cause analysis, present findings to stakeholders, and was appointed a POD lead within six months while regularly training new hires.

I am proficient with billing platforms (UMS, Waystar, Availity, Integra Clarity), MS Office (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), EDI collections, HIPAA, ICD-10 and AI tools to drive efficiency. I seek a challenging role where I can drive process improvements and long-term revenue recovery outcomes.
