I’m looking to build a successful HR career where I can apply my skills in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while learning AI-driven tools and modern workplace practices. I aim to contribute to organizational growth, improve efficiency, and create a positive employee experience.

At Usha Shriram Solar, I coordinate recruitment across multiple departments, from candidate sourcing and interview coordination to onboarding. I also maintain employee records and verify documentation.
