I am a data-driven finance enthusiast with a strong background in economics and information technology management. Throughout my career, I have gained experience in various roles, including junior assistant at Citizens Bank International, technical project manager at Audio Bee, and digital marketing & automation associate at ABGS Group.

At Citizens Bank International, I provided comprehensive support for daily banking operations and excelled in delivering exceptional customer service. I also represented the bank in a specialized training program, obtaining the Anti-Money Laundering & Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Certification. My contributions to the bank's efforts in ensuring adherence to AML/CFT regulations played a key role in safeguarding the institution against potential financial crimes.

As a technical project manager at Audio Bee, I successfully managed and coordinated international teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. I maintained rigorous quality standards, implementing regular quality checks and feedback loops to ensure transcription accuracy and consistency. Additionally, I conducted training sessions to enhance transcription skills and ensure adherence to quality standards.

During my time at ABGS Group, I led and executed digital marketing campaigns for high-profile clients, driving online engagement and brand visibility. I analyzed campaign performance metrics and implemented data-driven strategies to enhance reach and engagement. As a summer intern at ABGS Group, I gained hands-on experience in the development and execution of diverse digital marketing campaigns, acquiring practical knowledge in online advertising strategies.

I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economics at Tribhuwan University, building upon my strong foundation in the field. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management from St. Xavier's College, where I graduated with a GPA of 3.39.
