What I'm looking for

I want to continue in technical support and L3 operations where I can manage incidents and service requests, collaborate with development teams and clients, and use proactive problem solving to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.

I’m a System support engineer with expertise in technical support and client relations. I’ve supported proper issue resolution by working with development teams and client users to keep downtime low and incidents moving quickly.

In my role at Tata Consultancy Services (July 2021 to July 2024), I managed P1 to P4 incidents and service requests, performing root cause identification with the goal of minimum downtime for business. I also facilitated production admin credentials and access for multiple on-prem applications, and maintained infrastructure-related documentation in Confluence for easier understanding and sharing.

I’m particularly strong in operational readiness—successfully executing failover and DR workflow QA and production live simulation. I focus on improving operational efficiency through proactive problem-solving techniques that help ensure reliable production support.
