I have a proven track record in product design and development, particularly for off-highway construction equipment, where I have successfully executed New Product Development (NPD) projects.

In my current role at L&T Technology Services Ltd, I lead a team of design engineers in the design and development of construction machinery. My responsibilities encompass concept design, 3D modeling, detailed drawings, and BOM creation. I have gained valuable experience through on-site collaboration with clients, including a recent project in Hannover, Germany, where I coordinated with the German engineering team to enhance design turnaround and client satisfaction.
