I’m a PMP-certified Global Project Manager with Mechanical Engineering training and 16 years of experience delivering complex EPC and oil & gas analyzer automation projects. I currently lead global projects and multicultural, multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries and time zones, owning end-to-end execution from engineering through handover.
In my roles, I define scope, schedule, and cost baselines, govern EAC/ETC, and manage procurement budgets and risk registers with timely mitigations. I drive engineering, procurement, fabrication/integration, FAT/SAT, and site execution—while ensuring export-commercial compliance (including LCs and bank guarantees) with Finance and maintaining ISO 45001:2018 HSE standards as a certified auditor.
I also focus on stakeholder alignment and delivery governance, serving as a single point of contact for clients, EPCs, and vendors. I mentor new PMs, support proposals with estimates and risk inputs, and have delivered selected work such as BP Thunderhorse and DNV/IECEx-compliant Golar FLNG initiatives, along with multi-site automation across the Americas and Middle East.
