What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare analytics role where I can own claims processing quality, strengthen reimbursement and prior authorization workflows, and use Oracle SQL/Power BI to deliver clear dashboards, operational reporting, and continuous process improvements.

I’m a BDS graduate with 4.4 years of experience in health insurance claims, reimbursement, cashless claims, and prior authorization at Vidal Health TPA. I process reimbursement and cashless claims while ensuring adherence to TAT, and I review prior authorization requests to assess medical admissibility.

I also analyze claim discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and coordinate with hospitals and insurers for escalated claims. With Oracle SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel, I prepare operational reports and build healthcare claims dashboards that track claim volume, approval rates, reimbursement trends, and turnaround time, while contributing to process improvement, root cause analysis, and reporting enhancements.
