I'm looking for a role supporting technical operations and end-user needs, where I can combine database administration, performance tuning, incident resolution, automation, and customer-facing technical support.

At Xtracap Fintech, I provide 24/7 production database support, resolve incidents and outages, and support customer onboarding and data discrepancy resolution.

I've built PostgreSQL backup and disaster recovery strategies using pg_dump, pg_basebackup, Bash automation, replication, PITR, and automated snapshots. I also manage high-availability architecture with Streaming Replication and PgBouncer, contributing to over 99.99% uptime.

Previously at Sikarwar Tech Services, I delivered IT and DBA support across 30+ production servers in hybrid cloud and on-premise environments. I managed access, patching, capacity planning, monitoring, backups, recovery, security policies, and database performance.
