At 411 Trucking LLC, I dispatch and manage a mixed four-truck fleet across Midwest, West Coast, and OTR lanes, including box trucks, dry vans, and hotshots.
I book daily loads through DAT Power/One and Truckstop, maintain a 100% carrier-side no-cancellation record, and negotiate TONU, layover, and detention pay when disruptions occur. I also coordinate oversized-load dispatching with working knowledge of tarping and load securement requirements.
I stay calm under broker-driven cancellations and provide after-hours and weekend support to keep drivers covered and moving.
