I coordinate truck dispatch, routes, delivery schedules, and profitable loads for Milestone Dispatch Services. I work closely with drivers, brokers, shippers, and clients to keep freight moving on time.

Previously, I managed dispatch operations at Sharpe Service LLC and Smarthaul Dispatch LLC, negotiating freight rates through DAT and Truckstop, tracking vehicles, and resolving delays, breakdowns, and route issues. I also maintained load records, billing, invoices, payments, and dispatch documentation while providing support when needed.

I focus on DOT, HOS, and safety compliance while building strong relationships with drivers and customers. Clear communication, customer satisfaction, and practical problem-solving guide my work.

Before freight dispatch, I worked as a junior electrical engineer, supporting power systems, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, upgrades, and staff supervision. I am also pursuing a BSc in Electricity and Energy.
