I've coordinated 10+ trucks across all 48 U.S. states at Brighton Dispatch, booking loads through DAT, TruckersTool, and Trucker Edge while supporting drivers around the clock.

I negotiate rates with brokers including CH Robinson and TQL, manage FMCSA compliance, conduct log checks, and keep every load’s documentation on track. My work focuses on reducing deadhead miles, maintaining safe deliveries, and solving urgent dispatch issues under pressure.

As Co-Founder and Lead Dispatcher at Dona Dispatchers, I oversee dispatch services for owner-operators and small fleets, train junior dispatchers, and develop tailored client acquisition and dispatch packages.

I've also handled reefer, dry van, flatbed, power-only, dedicated lane, and OTR operations through Solosmac and Hashtag Logistics, using Sylectus and Doft to source loads and track movement.
