What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a freight dispatch or logistics operations role where I can lead efficient load planning, negotiate profitable rates, strengthen broker and carrier relationships, and maintain compliant, on-time shipment operations.

I've managed freight dispatch operations at Logistics Lane Express LLC, leading dispatchers across truckload and LTL routes while booking 4–5 loads daily and supporting roughly 80 loads monthly. I set rate-negotiation targets, oversee carrier setup and Rate Confirmations, and keep shipments moving through real-time tracking, broker communication, and accurate BOL/POD documentation.

Previously at MTM Transport and Logistics LLC, I sourced loads through DAT, negotiated long-haul rates across 1,200–3,000-mile routes, and combined partial/LTL loads to improve gross revenue. I also handle broker due diligence, factoring, invoicing, ELD tracking, and Hours of Service compliance to protect revenue and keep operations on schedule.
