I’m looking for a remote or work-from-anywhere position where I can apply my background in pharmacy operations, sterile compounding, training, quality, and administrative support. I’m a Lead Certified Compounding Pharmacy Technician with 4+ years of experience in sterile and non-sterile compounding, including chemo IV support. I focus on patient safety first, backed by a strong grasp of USP <795>, <797>, and <800> and skilled aseptic techniques.

In my current role, I lead training, mentorship, and performance evaluation for sterile compounding technicians. I conduct competency assessments with hands-on checks like visual inspection, media fills, garbing validation, fingertip sampling, and workflow audits, reinforcing cleanroom consistency and best practices.

I also strengthen operational safety by enforcing independent double-check processes and driving documentation accuracy. I support risk mitigation strategies within compounding logs and batch records, and I partner cross-functionally with pharmacists, QA/QC, and inventory teams to optimize production schedules and material flow.

Before stepping into lead responsibilities, I prepared non-sterile compounds with strict adherence to USP guidelines and helped train new technicians on compounding techniques and quality standards. Earlier, I worked in environmental services, maintaining patient rooms and infection control protocols—habits that still shape how I approach compliance, cleanliness, and accountability.
