I’m a PTCB-certified pharmacy technician with experience across hospital inpatient and retail pharmacy environments. I specialize in sterile compounding and IV preparation, while maintaining a strong foundation in prescription workflow, insurance billing, and patient-facing operations.

In my current role at Havasu Regional Medical Center, I perform sterile compounding and IV admixture preparation for hospital inpatient needs, including preparing and verifying IV medications like antibiotics, electrolytes, and other infusions under pharmacist supervision. I also operate and troubleshoot Omnicell automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs) across nursing units, and I work independently on rotating 12-hour overnight shifts with minimal on-site supervision. I take compliance seriously by maintaining USP <797> standards for sterile preparation and aseptic technique.

At CVS Health, I’ve supported end-to-end retail pharmacy operations by processing and verifying prescription orders using pharmacy management software. I handled insurance billing, prior authorization support, and third-party claim adjudication, while providing patient counseling support to resolve prescription-related inquiries.

My background also includes CVS Health training and progression from Pharmacy Clerk through Pharmacy Technician Trainee, where I built high-volume retail proficiency in prescription data entry, insurance verification, and pharmacy operations. I’m currently pursuing CPhT-Adv (Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician) and I bring a detail-oriented, detail-verification mindset, strong teamwork, and reliable independence—especially when the pace is fast and the work is critical.
