What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead compounding quality, ensure USP <795>/<797>/<800> compliance, and support patient-centered clinical care—using my sterile compounding expertise and antimicrobial stewardship mindset to improve outcomes.

I’m a detail-oriented registered pharmacist with 18+ years of experience in sterile compounding, inpatient operations, and specialty pharmacy practice. I review patient charts and medication orders, assess antimicrobial therapy for indication, dosage, and duration, and support evidence-based medication management that keeps care safe and effective.

In my current role as a Compounding Pharmacist, I supervise and train teams in both non-sterile and sterile compounding, maintaining complete documentation aligned with USP <795>, <797>, and <800>. I’m hands-on with cleanroom and aseptic technique, IV admixture preparation, quality assurance, hazardous drug safety, and pharmacy information systems like Epic (Willow) and Cerner to optimize workflow and preserve sterility, accuracy, and compliance.
