In my current role I train new hires, develop and update SOPs and training guides, host WebEx trainings, manage REMS portal onboarding, and serve as a liaison for multiple gene therapy drugs to expedite handling and communication. I use Verint call reviews to provide performance feedback and coaching while maintaining low queue volumes through precise prescription profiling and clarifications.

I have hands-on production and sterile compounding experience under ISO 5 cleanroom standards, including batch verification, labeling, packaging, and compounding equipment operation, and I drive process improvements through revised SWIs and quality control practices.
