I'm open to starting something new or taking my operations skills elsewhere. I'm looking for more flexibility, fewer night shifts, and more weekends off with my family; a work-from-home position would be a perk.

At Bealls Inc., I managed the ladies departments, ran a team daily, and handled store opening and closing, cash office work, corporate store walks, and vendor interactions. Earlier, at Gordmans, I progressed from seasonal associate to customer service and Department Lead before becoming Assistant Manager.
