What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a cybersecurity role where I can drive vulnerability remediation and strengthen compliance using SIEM monitoring, CVSS prioritization, and threat-informed detection. I enjoy fast-paced collaboration, hands-on investigation, and meaningful security improvements.

I’m a Security Engineer II who helps protect enterprise environments through vulnerability management, patching, and continuous compliance. I’m certified and proficient in Qualys vulnerability management, and I coordinate security standards across large, distributed device fleets.

I work with SIEM platforms such as Splunk and use CVSS scoring and the MITRE ATT&CK Framework to improve how risks are prioritized and addressed. I also use Kenna and Ivanti Neurons for remediations, and I utilize Crowdstrike for endpoint detection and response.

I’m comfortable managing over 700,000 IPs and overseeing 1000s of AWS agents, while collaborating with other engineers across the company to keep systems in compliance. I’ve also developed leadership through training, and I’m detail-oriented, organized, and able to work fast under stress during long shifts.

I’m building my technical foundation through a B.S. in Cybersecurity (Metropolitan State University) with a GPA of 3.57. My coursework and hands-on projects—like open-source intelligence, Webgoat, Try Hack Me, packet analysis, and Cybrary lab work—strengthen my ability to investigate, validate findings, and harden systems.
