I source and screen candidates for technology roles including Full stuck, Frontend and Backend Developers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, AI/ML, QA, and Cloud/DevOps.
I also handle recruitment across BFSI/NBFC, Wealth Management, Sales, Business Development, Engineering, and Operations. I coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, offers, and joining commitments.
I maintain ATS records, candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports, and coordinate BGV, joining documentation, onboarding, and HR operations activities.
