I’m a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2.5+ years of experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles for growing organizations. I focus on sourcing, screening, market mapping, and stakeholder management to build strong pipelines and improve hiring outcomes.

In my current role as an HR Executive / Talent Acquisition at Aman Poly Plast Private Limited (Dec 2025 – Present), I manage HR operations alongside hiring. I handle attendance, payroll processing (including master payroll), and employee data management, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Executive at RVM Beyond Private Limited (Dec 2023 – Nov 2025), I led full-cycle Non-IT recruitment through Naukri and other job portals. I managed recruitment MIS, coordinated interviews, maintained stakeholder and candidate communication, and drove continuous improvement using metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness.

I’m hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and resume databases for high-volume sourcing, and I’m comfortable working in remote/WFH and flexible-shift environments. I enjoy owning the post-offer cycle—document verification, background checks, and onboarding—so candidates have a smooth experience from offer closure to joining.
