I’m an analyst with hands-on experience supporting Excel-based operational data and SAP-based quality documentation in regulated environments, focused on accurate data management, reporting, and process documentation. I’ve consistently coordinated high-volume documentation workflows and converted business and quality requests into structured, compliant reports.

At Merck SBS, I independently managed operational documentation workflows for product-related requests (including ad-hoc queries) while maintaining 98% quality compliance within defined turnaround time. I reviewed and maintained controlled product and supplier documentation in SAP with accuracy, traceability, and version control, and supported Quality Systems activities such as CAPA documentation, root-cause analysis support, SOP updates, and data integrity for EHS compliance.

I also created operational and compliance reports using MS Excel and Word to improve audit readiness and turnaround through structured data formatting and standardization. Across time zones, I led knowledge transfer and onboarding support during process changes, and contributed to process improvement and Six Sigma initiatives through data collection, documentation, and performance tracking.
