At ACC Limited (Holcim Group), I supported more than £450m in strategic investment decisions and developed investment cases worth more than £50m. I translated technical, environmental, regulatory and commercial evidence into analysis and recommendations for senior management.
As Manager, Geology, I led long-term planning and investment initiatives across multiple sites, and coordinated statutory Mining Plans for 22 captive mines. My analysis of operational and planning data contributed to an approximately 15% improvement in resource efficiency.
Earlier, as Deputy Manager, Geology at ACC Limited (Holcim Group), I led a 10-member exploration team and developed geological and resource models for long-term production scenarios. I also presented findings and recommendations to the Management Committee to inform development priorities and risk-mitigation decisions.
In consulting projects, I evaluated operational decarbonisation opportunities for Amtico Flooring and developed an operating model, implementation roadmaps and KPI frameworks for Grow Movement – Ambucycle. I also completed an MBA in International Business & Strategy at the University of Birmingham, with research on sustainable investing.
