What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute field geology, geochemical characterization, exploration targeting, and regulatory reporting to REE and critical-mineral projects from reconnaissance through resource definition.

At RESCMM & Tech Solutions, I lead regional mapping and target generation for REE and critical-metal exploration across Gujarat’s bauxite–laterite deposits. I direct analytical workflows and prepare G2-stage proposals and resource calculation methodologies aligned with MEMC Rules and NMET guidelines.

My PhD research combined Higher Himalayan field mapping with mineral-scale geochemistry, geochronology, and phase-equilibria modelling. I bring experience with ICP-MS, XRF, XRD, SEM-EDS, EPMA, and practical ore characterization from reconnaissance through resource definition.
