What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role in agricultural communications or customer-facing support where I can use Salesforce, strong content skills, and relationship building to move leads forward and grow professionally.

I’m an Agricultural Education & Communication student specializing in Communication and Leadership Development, and I bring a practical mindset to every interaction. I’m energized by roles where clear messaging, strong relationships, and organized follow-through directly improve customer outcomes.

As an Inbound Relations Intern at AgAmerica Lending, I’m the first point of contact for inbound borrower inquiries. I qualify agricultural loan leads, explain lending programs and requirements, and maintain accurate Salesforce lead pipelines with timely follow-ups and proper routing to Relationship Managers and underwriting teams.

Outside of lending, I’ve built brand visibility and community engagement through social media work as a Social Media Intern for Council Growers Sod—developing targeted campaigns and creating content across posts, graphics, and videos. I also bring hospitality-level responsiveness from my time as a Hostess, and I continue to strengthen leadership through involvement in agriculture-focused organizations and certifications.
