At Maitri Mental Health, I support adults transitioning to adult family homes and assisted living by evaluating clinical assessments, creating safety, crisis, and Behavior Support Plans, and providing weekly skills training across a 40–50 client caseload. I also collaborate with families and residential staff, maintain clinical documentation, and create and lead training for new Behavior Support Specialists.
Previously, I provided shelter advocacy and 24-hour crisis-line support for domestic violence survivors at YWCA Clark County, including safety planning, shelter intake, case management, and de-escalation. My background also includes supervising direct support teams, supporting substance-use and mental health clients, delivering residential treatment services, training employees, and providing HR administration.
