Maddy Crosti
@maddycrosti
I produce immersive, gaming, and creative technology programmes at scale.
What I'm looking for
I've produced music-based Fortnite games at Epic Games, including the 16-game Playwave series, and led an Innovation Lab programme that generated millions of unique players. I also produced a Las Vegas Sphere activation for the launch of LEGO Fortnite, Rocket Racing and Fortnite Festival.
At IN4 Group, I led The Creative Engine's creative division to drive regional growth through creative industries and emerging technologies.
At Digital Catapult, I led CreativeXR, commissioning and supporting 40 XR prototypes and 12 completed productions while growing the programme to £1.13m with Epic Games and StoryFutures Academy as partners. I also supported large-scale UKRI-funded XR productions, led an EDI workstream, and delivered AR app development R&D workshops.
My work spans branded content, XR, film, gaming, programme design, mentoring, and events. I'm re-launching my freelance practice, pursuing new projects, and peer reviewing applications for the British Film Institute's Immersive Fund.
